where can I find bike helmet part?
I have a troy corser helmet but have lost one of the visor mechanism protectors form the side and as it is a helmet with graphics all over it i have no idea where to get another part. I’m desperate, please help
Find out who the UK distributor is and get their phone number, speak to the person who deals with returns and warranties, requesting to pay for a new set of sidepods (cheaper than going through a third party).
Be honest with them and they may offer to collect the helmet and refurbish it and send it back to you. they could also send you a set free of charge, or could take your money and then send a set out to you. In this situation we probably wouldn’t charge you!
We regularly do this, (I’m usually the one who refurbishes the helmet) and what happens usually depends on the customers attitude to us in the first place.
